Manage your license

No account needed: recover your license key with your purchase email, or paste your key to check its status and remove the Macs it's bound to. You can do the same under “Manage license” on any of your Macs.

Coming soon Pro isn't on sale yet. Once it is, you can recover your key and manage your bound Macs here.

Recover your license key

Enter the email you bought with and we'll send the active keys for that email again. You can do this once every 10 minutes per email.

Check your license and bound Macs

Paste your license key (the whole text starting with MDPRO2.). It's only used on this page and isn't saved in your browser.

What does Remove do? What if a Mac is lost?

• Remove is for switching Macs. It frees a slot; if that Mac still has the key, it takes a free slot again at its next online check.
• Lost or stolen Mac: email support@sidelo.app with your purchase email and the Mac's name. We'll ban it so it no longer uses a slot or Pro, and email you once it's done.

One license covers up to 3 Macs and any number of iPads. If your key was banned, you can't find the email, or anything else comes up, write to us too. See the Terms for the full rules.
